There's one blog he wrote that was very to the point, but worth reading for business minded people who are good at blogging and you are. I highly recommend it. You seem to have a lot of talents in the arts - you certainly should use them.
Have you ever heard of Mike's Cakes in Redmond? He sells cakes for $20,000. I've never been in his store front, but I've seen him at cake decorating competitions and his cakes are works of art...ahem...similar to your pictures! If those are yours - very good indeed.
